Visual Test

Hydro Test

"To make sure the final product is free of any leakage the products will go through hydro testing. This test method is useful for quality control testing and field inspection of piping systems, pipelines, valves, and containers that are expected to retain liquids. DV Polymers follows the metrics of 20 kg/ Cm² for lined pipes, Fittings, Valves and Equipment and for. For Carrying out these tests the test pressure is to be maintaining for five minutes and it should be observed that there is no leakage."

Electro Static Test

In order to make product free from electrical discharges and no visible or audible electric spark is present the product goes through Electro Static Test. This test is conducted by using non-destructive high voltage tester with 10 KV output voltages.

High Temperature Test

To make sure that the product is free of operational problems related to fuel thermal stability the product will go through High Temperature Test. This test will also determine the ability of PTFE Lined Components to withstand heat aging and temperature cycling. This Test is carried out by passing the components in an oven with a test temperature of 260 C +- 3 and pressure of 125 C +- 5 from the room temperature. This test will be repeated for three cycles.

Low Temperature Test

The products at DV Polymers after passing through high temperature test will pass through low temperature test. This test will be carried out at -16 C for 48 Hours. The final product will be again heated at 16 C and it will be tested for hydrostatic and electrostatic leakages.

Vacuum Test

After carrying all the iterations the final product will pass through vacuum test at ambient room temperature following all the international standards at 675 full vacuums.

Thickness Tester

The use of an thickness tester is applicable for checking material properties like thickness measurement, regularly utilized in all industrial measurements.
